Heavyweights Pulev, Booker set for ESPN+ card

Heavyweight Kurbat Pulev will fight Rydell Booker as part of a Dec. 7 undercard. With a win, Pulev is expected to get a title shot at the winner of the Ruiz-Joshua rematch.
